This beautiful wedding holds a special place in my heart. Not only were Jeff and Lex some of the most beautiful, warm and friendly couples I’ve ever worked with, but the wedding itself was a lovely warm summer day at Lex’s parent’s home in Hartland, Wisconsin.
The couple were married overlooking Lake Nagawicka on a warm July day. Lex and her bridesmaids got ready in the bedroom she grew up in. We took their portraits on the lake and they had their reception under an open air tent in the backyard.
The couple had a large wedding party of nine people on each side and they were a fun and energetic bunch, bringing a lot of fun to the portraits.
