It makes me feel like I’m doing something right in my life when I meet clients through friendships. I was connected with Heather and Mitchel through one of old newspaper coworkers who is Mitchel’s sister. It’s so great already having a friend at weddings and then as I go about becoming friends with the couple, it just makes the photography so much powerful. The couple allows me to step into their lives and I can catch moments that are more intimate and relaxed.
This wedding was additionally a blast, because it was in the Wisconsin Dells, at a beautiful resort called The Wilderness and just made the whole day that more special and magical. They also had a 3-year-old son, who was a riot and was one of the best groomsmen I’ve ever had a chance to meet.
